Determine if your vehicle is in driving condition or not. If you have damage lamps, you are causing danger to yourself as well as others. We offer complete towing services if you do not feel comfortable driving your vehicle to us or if the vehicle is not operational.
Once the car arrives, our service technicians carefully inspect the vehicle and write a full report on the damage. If you are going through your Insurance provider, we deal directly with them to cover all costs with little to no cost to you. Once the vehicle is looked over we will provide an estimate repair cost.
Once all paper work is signed authorizing us to repair the car at a set date, we will notify you of estimated completion time. Please be advised, that even though we pride our self on completing jobs promptly, some factors can delay the completion date. You will be notified as soon as we notice any delays in the completion date.
IIf you so choose, a rental will be made available to you right away and your insurance company will be billed directly.
